Me and my mum came in today and Morgan (girl) was unbelievably helpful! She explained everything is amazing details and helped us make a good choice for the new phone and headphones we bought! She is just wonderful! We appreciate her so much!

Due to COVID-19 wearing masks is mandatory from the department of NSW health Gov as of today. Hope the situation get better soon and everyone is safe.Officeworks required customers to check-in mobile app before entrance and also they checked if customers are wearing masks - Good job!There were a lot of people buying stationaries for their children attending school prior to finishing a term 4 school holiday of 2020.Some stationaries already ran out of and shelves were almost empty although staffs seemed to be very busy at doing their best at restocking products.One of staffs was very helpful to find me a necessary stationary and his knowledge was pretty deep and informative to help me to make a quick decision as well. Most of staffs were profession and kids friendly - thank you very much!!Definitely recommended

Was not happy about the customer service. My phone slipped into a 2 seater recliner, the worker didn't offer to help physically, well fair enough, she was not even bothered to advise how to get the phone out. A Karen faces doesn't help!

Simply couldn't resist when I first saw the advertisemen. Their prices are unmatchable, design looks hectic and can't be found anywhere else. I've purchased 2 units one as editing station and the other one for gaming and streaming. It hasn't skipped a beat!

I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

Wow. I hate handing my computer over to get fixed. It feels like i'm slicing out half of my brain and handing it across to a stranger. Didn't have that problem with these guys. Fixed it super quickly. Great price. Great communications. I always say when you move town the hardest things to find are a good dentist and a mechanic you can trust. I probably ought to add 'computer repair' to that list. Ok That's two out of three sorted. Anyone know a good mechanic?

Very helpful and experienced

Ive been going to New Computers in Oakleigh over the years and they are fantastic. Luke is great and very knowledgeable and is more than happy to share and explains things. Highly recommend.
